Definition: Percentage of respondents age 20 or older who have a body mass index (BMI) greater than or equal to 30.0 kg/m2 calculated from self-reported weight and height. BMI is calculated by dividing weight in kilograms by the square of height in meters.

- Data source for this indicator changed to New Jersey Youth Tobacco Survey (YTS) starting with 2014 data. Previous data years were based on PRIDE survey data, New Jersey Department of Human Services.

- Baseline year changed from 2010 to 2014, since YTS and PRIDE data are not comparable.
- 2020 targets modified to reflect a 10% improvement over the 2014 baseline for total population and all racial/ethnic groups

Definition: Percentage of tuberculosis patients who complete curative therapy within 12 months
