Definition: Percentage of young children who received effective vaccination coverage levels for universally recommended vaccines by a given age; of pneumococcal conjugate vaccine (PCV) by 19-35 months of age. Data Source: National Immunization Survey, National Center for Health Statistics, U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention HISTORY May 2015: (1) The 2011 rate was changed from 84.0% to 83.9%
